What it is
Genesis is a text MUD founded in 1989 at Chalmers University in Sweden and still running. You explore a fantasy world by typing commands, join occupational, layman and racial guilds, craft, quest and fight alongside other players, using the web client on the site or any MUD client. Play is free and supported by donations through Patreon, and the official forum still sees regular posts.
