What it is
Shartak is a text-based multiplayer RPG on a jungle island, played through an Urban Dead-style interface with a map that also runs up, down and underground. Each character belongs to a native village, an outsider camp or the pirates, and spends a slowly refilling pool of action points to explore, hunt animals, gather gold and items, heal allies or attack rival players. A few minutes a day is enough, and the island still gets new areas and creatures alongside monthly bonus action-point days. Donations unlock perks such as more contacts and waypoints.
