What it is
The Fifth Family is a text-based mafia MMORPG that launched in March 2026 and runs in the browser as well as native iOS and Android apps. You commit crimes across ten districts, train four combat stats at the gym and fight other players in stat-based real-time combat. Every player pledges to one of five established syndicates run by the game, which sets a starting stat leaning, and can also join or found a player-run family; multi-stage heists, smuggling routes, a stock market and a player-run item market are layered on top. A weekly ranked arena and frequent content drops suit players who want a modern take on the Torn-style formula.
